Calling all published writers based in Sussex!

Writing’s a solitary business, which is why our members enjoy getting together six times a year to exchange ideas and give each other some much-needed support and encouragement. We'll be celebrating our 40th birthday next year, and we’re hoping for a bumper membership to celebrate the occasion.

We’ve all been published, but we’re not all full-time authors, and the range of what we write is enormous – novels, non-fiction, poetry, journalism. We have some professional indexers, editors and illustrators among our number, too. If you earn even a little from your pen, why not come along and try us?

Where and when?
We meet in Lewes on the first Monday evening of February, April, June, August, October and December.

How much?
Our annual subscription fee is just £10, and we charge guests a token £1 at the door.
